HD Gestion is the execution arm of OGG. The firm operates as the technical project manager — the single accountable interlocutor between the Owner, the design office, the contractors, and the equipment suppliers — across BTP, hospitality, and industrial sectors in Africa.
Founded over fifteen years ago, the practice has delivered more than 100 projects in six countries, with a 98% client satisfaction rate. Three lots are managed end-to-end: power systems (CFO/CFA), MEP fluids and HVAC, and integrated technical management.

In the OGG closed loop, HD Gestion takes the engineering file from ORA, the equipment from Nexus and LittoTech, and runs the site. The firm structures the planning, coordinates the trades, controls QHSE, and signs off on commissioning.
On 70% of African technical projects, schedule slips on the technical lots — coordination gaps between electrical, HVAC, and plumbing crews. HD Gestion exists to close that gap with weekly reporting, on-site coordination, and a single accountable manager per project.
