OGG — Ora Global Group

GOVERNANCE · DUBAI

Founder-led. Operator-staffed.

OGG is built by people who have run construction sites, structured capital, and shipped industrial equipment across continents. The leadership reflects that.

Mission

We don’t build companies. We build an ecosystem that executes.

OGG Holding Dubai exists to convert the structural African infrastructure deficit into deployed assets, capital, and recurring cash flow. The mission is operational, not financial: build the layer that allows international capital to be efficiently deployed into African infrastructure projects.

The holding is the integration mechanism. Six wholly-owned subsidiaries — strategy, engineering, sourcing, distribution, execution, energy — operate as one closed loop. Each entity is profitable on a standalone basis. Together, they form the operating system that captures margin at every link of the chain.

Operating principles

Five lines OGG holds.

Strategy is written by operators. Every consultant, engineer, and project manager in the group has run the work in the field. Theoretical strategy delivered without execution accountability is not what OGG produces.

Sourcing happens at origin. No intermediaries. No retail markups. Industrial equipment is sourced directly from Chinese factories with quality control in Shenzhen and treasury structured in Dubai.

Capital is patient. OGG operates on multi-year mandates with deliverables measured in commissioned assets and recurring revenue, not quarterly metrics.

Geography is structural. Dubai is the only city that is mid-day for London, Mumbai, Lagos, and Shanghai simultaneously. The holding is anchored where the capital, the goods, and the trust converge.

Numbers are sourced. Every figure shared externally is traceable to a primary source or an internal operating record. No marketing inflation.

Group structure

One holding. Six subsidiaries. Eight countries.

OGG Holding Dubai is the parent holding company. It owns 100% of six operating subsidiaries: Rona Consult (strategy), ORA Ingénierie (engineering), Shenzhen Nexus (sourcing), LittoTech (distribution), HD Gestion (execution), and Africa Power Invest (energy).

Operating presence spans Morocco, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Togo, Benin, and Madagascar across the engineering footprint, with additional active markets through Africa Power Invest and Shenzhen Nexus. Sourcing is anchored in Shenzhen. Treasury is anchored in Dubai.

Group financial reporting is prepared under IFRS. Engineering subsidiaries operate to ISO 9001 quality standards. Energy assets are certified to IEC 62443 where applicable. Annual operating reports are shared with eligible institutional allocators on request.

Leadership

Detailed profiles publishing Q3 2026.

OGG is led by founder Zakaria Najjar, with a leadership team drawn from the operating subsidiaries — engineering, treasury, and project execution backgrounds. Each subsidiary is run by an executive with deep operational history in their domain.

Full leadership profiles, advisory board composition, and governance documents will be published as part of the Q3 2026 update. Institutional allocators reviewing the holding for allocation can request the leadership pack through the investor relations desk.

Compliance

Trust is structural, not declarative.

OGG operates under United Arab Emirates corporate residency with DIFC-aligned governance frameworks. The holding maintains anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering, and KYC procedures consistent with international institutional standards.

Engineering subsidiaries operate under quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001. Energy assets carry ISO 9001, CE, and IEC 62443 certifications where applicable. Audit and compliance documentation is available to qualified institutional allocators on request.
