The mandate

Strategy rarely fails on insight. It fails on follow-through.

Rona Consult is the strategic advisory arm of OGG. The firm structures mandates that connect capital to ground reality — feasibility, financial modeling, legal architecture, and on-the-ground deployment.

Operating from Casablanca, Dubai, and Abidjan, Rona is staffed by consultants who are former operators. Strategy is written by people who have run construction sites, negotiated with regulators, and built supply chains across the continent. The work does not stop at the slide deck.

Role in the operating system

Where mandates originate.

In the OGG closed loop, Rona is the entry point. A sponsor, a government, or an institutional capital owner brings a brief — Rona stress-tests it and returns a structured plan with bankable economics.

The mandate then hands off to engineering, sourcing, or execution within the group, depending on shape. Rona retains oversight until the asset is operational and the cash flow is recurring.

Geography & sectors

Three hubs. Six sectors. One firm.

Coverage spans Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, and the Gulf, with embedded partners in twelve more countries. Sector experience covers energy, civil and industrial engineering, fintech, IT and security, distribution, and digital infrastructure.

A senior team mobilizes within 72 hours. Standard mandates reach go-to-market in under four weeks.

Track record

Selected mandates.

  • Dubai · 2024

UAE holding structure for a francophone industrial group

An African industrial group needed Dubai residency, treasury optimization, and tax-efficient capital flows for cross-border expansion.

Holding operational in 8 weeks · 35% structural cost saving year one

  • Abidjan / Dakar · 2024

West Africa expansion for a Moroccan operator

A Casablanca-based construction firm targeted Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal but lacked local entities, banking, and a sponsor pipeline.

Two subsidiaries incorporated · three contracts signed by month six

  • MENA · 2025

Supply chain restructuring for an MENA distributor

A regional distributor faced rising logistics overhead from third-party intermediaries and 30% inflation on import lead times.

Costs reduced 22% · lead times reduced 30%

Engage Rona

A mandate worth structuring.

If you have a strategy that needs to clear bankability and survive execution, Rona is built for that.
